Adem\u00e1s crea un nuevo agravante para quienes incurran en este il\u00edcito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pena por el delito de incendio podr\u00e1 llegar a presidio perpetuo para quienes lo cometan contra <strong>veh\u00edculos de carga<\/strong>, buses, aeronaves y otros medios, cuando se encuentren en su interior una o m\u00e1s personas, y su presencia pueda anticiparse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El nombre de esta ley va por la memoria de Juan Barrios, <strong>camionero<\/strong> que fue objeto del ataque incendiario en contra &nbsp;de su <strong>cami\u00f3n<\/strong>, sufriendo grav\u00edsimas heridas, las cuales causaron su muerte en marzo de 2020.
